Concerto has always been an outstanding amplifier. But when we reintroduced Concerto II in 2002, we did so with a single goal in mind: taking the power and performance of the original and pushing it to a whole new level.

Enter Concerto II: an amplifier created for listeners who crave power, yet demand the purity and transparency that characterize classic single-ended design. Listeners who seek a rich, real harmonic structure balanced by a more natural bass decay. Listeners who are passionate about percussion, and demand an amplifier that will capture bold, boundless percussive energy each and every time they take a favorite album or CD for a whirl.

In short, Concerto II is a push-pull amplifier that provides single-ended sound at a truly surprising price point. What's more, Concerto II offers maximum flexibility by allowing our listeners to use their choice of three different output tubes -- without having to adjust bias.

• Output transformers are 100-watt devices fitted with grain-oriented laminations
• High quality mil-spec, multi-layered 2-oz. copper trace circuit boards
• Capacitors are low ESR/ESL types for increased high- frequency performance
